Michael W. Halstead, President, CEO and cofounder of Yachtstore, is an attorney  and published author who  brought 27 years of experience in sports television, management and marketing into Yachtstore when he became involved in 1999.  Mr. Halstead was previously a senior executive officer of the world's premier sports management, marketing and television company, IMG and its TV company, Transworld International, and later founded and managed his own sports event company, Sports&Company, which he sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies.  Mr. Halstead is a detail-oriented person who has a passion for and is committed to delivering superior service to Yachtstore's clients

Stevenson Ward, Yachtstore's CFO, is a former Senior Vice President of Administration and Executive Vice President of Sanofi-Syntheabo, Inc. which had 1800 employees and annual sales of over one billion dollars. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Finance and Administration of the Pharmaceutical group at Sterling Winthrop, Inc. Mr. Ward spent 14 years with General Electric in various operational analysis management positions. He holds an MBA from University of Utah and served in the US Air Force as a Captain.
