Michael W. Halstead is the founder, president, and CEO of Yachtstore. He has four decades of experience in the business world, including 27 years of marketing and management in sports television. Before becoming involved with Yachtstore in 1999, Mr. Halstead was a senior executive officer with IMG and Transworld International. He later founded and managed Sports & Company, which he sold to the Interpublic Group. Mr. Halstead brings a passion for detail-oriented and superior service to all of Yachstore’s clients.

Stevenson Ward is the CFO of Yachtstore. Prior to joining the company, he was senior vice president of administration and executive vice president of Sanofi-Syntheabo, with 1,800 employees and annual sales of more than $1 billion. Mr. Ward also served as vice president of finance and administration of the pharmaceutical group at Sterling Winthrop, and he spent 14 years with General Electric in operational analysis management. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force.
